These terms cover your use of this website and any order you place on it. Placing an order means you accept them.

Who we are

PIRRA sells red light and massage wellness devices direct to customers in the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Europe. Reach a person at loominouscontact@gmail.com; we answer within one working day, Monday to Friday.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency of your country. Delivery is free. We take payment when you order. If a price is wrong through an obvious error we contact you before dispatch and you can confirm or cancel.

Your order

A contract is formed when we email you to say your order has been dispatched. If we cannot fulfil an order we refund it in full.

Using PIRRA devices safely

PIRRA devices are wellness products, not medical devices, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Do not look directly into the LEDs, do not use heat on numb or broken skin, do not use while asleep, and stop if anything feels uncomfortable. If you are pregnant, have a medical condition or an implanted device, ask your doctor first.

Covered in full by our returns and refunds policy.

Liability

We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Otherwise our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere you keep any mandatory consumer protection your own country gives you.
