This explains what we collect, why, and what you can make us do about it.

What we collect

When you order: your name, delivery and billing address, email address, phone number if you give one, and what you bought. Card details are handled by our payment processor and never reach us.

When you email us: whatever is in the email, kept with your order.

When you browse: the usual technical information a website receives – pages visited, device type, approximate location from your IP address – plus cookies, which you control.

Why we are allowed to

To perform the contract when you order; legitimate interests to run and protect the shop and answer you; legal obligation for tax and accounting records; and consent for marketing email and non-essential cookies, which you can withdraw at any time.

Who else sees it

Our ecommerce platform (Shopify), our payment processor, the carrier that delivers your parcel, our email provider, and analytics and advertising services where you have consented to them. We do not sell your personal data.

How long we keep it

Order records for six years, because tax law requires it. Marketing consent until you withdraw it. Support emails for two years.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct or delete it, object to how we use it, or ask for it in a portable format. Write to loominouscontact@gmail.com and we act within one month. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

Cookies

Essential cookies keep your cart and session working. Analytics and advertising cookies only run if you accept them.

Children

This shop is not intended for under-18s and we do not knowingly collect their data.
