The PIRRA promises

PIRRA Thaw – the 90-Day Side-Sleep Promise: sleep on your side again within 90 days, or your money back. Use Thaw for 20 minutes a day; if you are still not sleeping on that side, email us within 90 days of delivery.

PIRRA Face & Scalp Massager – the 30-Day Promise: email us within 30 days of delivery and we refund you in full.

How to claim it

Email loominouscontact@gmail.com with your order number. One line is enough. We reply within one working day.

When you get your money

We refund within three working days of your email, to the original payment method. Your bank then takes its own time – usually 3–5 working days, sometimes up to ten.

What is not covered

• Requests made after the promise period.
• Gift cards.

Damaged or wrong item

If something arrives damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and your order number and we send a replacement or refund you, whichever you prefer.

Nothing here affects your statutory rights.
