Free shipping on every US order

Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum, and every package is tracked.

When your order ships

Orders ship within 1–3 business days and are usually delivered within 6–12 business days. You'll get an email with your tracking link as soon as your package is on its way. Need it by a certain date? Email loominouscontact@gmail.com before you order and we'll tell you honestly whether it will make it.

Delivery

If anything goes wrong with your delivery, contact us within 30 days and we'll help you. We can't take responsibility for packages that tracking shows as delivered but that you report as not received.

Incorrect address

Please check your address carefully. If a package can't be delivered and comes back to us, you pay to have it sent again; if you'd rather not, we'll refund the cost of the items.
